While we do not offer direct international shipping, we gladly serve international customers by shipping to U.S.-based freight forwarders of your choice.

Please note:

· You must provide the complete name, address, and contact details of your freight forwarder at checkout or by email.

· Once the order is delivered to the freight forwarder, EPS Controls is no longer responsible for the package, including international transit, customs clearance, or import duties.

· All customs, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

· Returns are not accepted for international orders. All sales shipped through a freight forwarder are considered final.

· Damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
