At EPS Controls LLC, we understand that receiving your HVAC controls and industrial components on time and in perfect condition is critical to your operations. This policy outlines our comprehensive shipping, delivery, and local pickup procedures.

1. Shipping Destinations & Scope

  • Domestic Only: We exclusively ship to all 50 states within the United States.
  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: Please note that large items or freight shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. A physical street address is required for UPS and FedEx deliveries.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.

2. Shipping Origin

All orders are dispatched directly from our primary warehouse and distribution center:

3. Product Pricing, Taxes & Fees

  • Transparent Pricing: All product prices are listed in USD.
  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated at the checkout page based on your shipping destination’s state and local laws.
  • Import Fees: Since we ship within the USA to USA destinations, there are no hidden customs or import duties for our customers.

4. Shipping Rates & Carrier Options

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. We offer the following premium carrier services:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday).

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Carrier-Specific Options:

  • UPS® Ground: Reliable economical shipping.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®: Delivery by end of next day.
  • UPS Next Day Air®: Guaranteed next-day delivery.
  • UPS Next Day Air® Early: Earliest possible next-day delivery.

Freight Shipping: Mandatory for oversized or heavy items (e.g., industrial axial fans, high-capacity VFDs, or bulk motor orders). Freight rates are calculated and shown before you complete the order.

5. Local Pickup Option (Miami, FL)

If you are located near Miami, you can bypass shipping costs by selecting "Local Pickup" at checkout.

  • Pickup Location: 13263 SW 124th St, Miami, FL 33186.
  • Ready Time: Pickup orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days.
  • Notification: You will receive an "Order Ready for Pickup" email with specific instructions.
  • Requirements: Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid government-issued ID. Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

6. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
  • Processing Timeline: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Weekend/Holiday Policy: Orders placed on Friday after 4 PM, Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

7. Tracking Information & Delivery Time

  • Tracking Update: Once shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link within 24–48 hours.
  • Delivery: Standard (3–7 days), Expedited (1–3 days). Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not strictly guaranteed for standard services.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a full cancellation.
  • Address Changes: You may request an address change within 24 hours. If the order has already been labeled or dispatched, a redirection fee (charged by the carrier) may apply, or we may be unable to change it.

9. Delivery Confirmation & Missed Attempts

  • Proof of Delivery: Our carriers provide electronic delivery confirmation. Once a package is marked "Delivered," it is the customer's responsibility.
  • Missed Delivery: If you are not available to receive a signature-required package, the carrier will make up to 3 attempts. Failure to coordinate redelivery may result in the package being returned to us, and additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

10. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • 48-Hour Inspection Rule: Upon receipt, you must inspect all items. Any claims for damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported to info@epscontrols.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Documentation: Please provide high-resolution photos of the outer box, the shipping label, and the product itself for claim processing.

11. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier. EPS Controls LLC is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, carrier strikes, or natural disasters.

12. Address Accuracy & Verification

Customers are responsible for providing a 100% accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an "Insufficient Address" or "Undeliverable as Addressed," the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the cost to reship.

13. Packaging, Security & Sustainability

  • Industrial Grade Packaging: We use heavy-duty corrugated boxes and protective inserts (foam/bubble) to ensure sensitive electronics like VFDs and motors stay safe.
  • Fraud Prevention: To protect our customers, high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery and may undergo a secondary verification check before processing.

14. Invoices & Documentation

A digital PDF invoice is sent to your email immediately after purchase. A hard-copy packing slip (excluding prices) is included in every shipment for your receiving department.

  • Our Commitment: We ensure that your items are as described, functioning, and dispatched within the promised 1-2 day window.
  • Your Commitment: To provide a secure delivery location and to be available for communication if there are issues with your order.
