2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?

A: Currently, we exclusively ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A:

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Q: What carriers do you use?

A: We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. For large items like bulk axial fans or heavy VFDs, we use specialized freight shipping.

Q: Can I pick up my order?

A: Yes! We offer local pickup at our Miami warehouse. Select the "Pickup" option at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready (usually within 1–2 business days).

3. Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, JCB) as well as PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our Return Policy.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?

A: Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping destination and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.

4. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return window?

A: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original manufacturer’s packaging.

Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?

A: No. EPS Controls LLC does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days (Monday–Friday) back to your original payment method.

5. Products & Warranty

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?

A: Yes. Most of our motors and controls carry a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims usually require proof of professional installation by a licensed HVAC technician.

Q: How do I know if a part is compatible with my system?

A: We provide detailed technical specifications (voltage, RPM, phase, etc.) on each product page. If you are unsure, please email us at info@epscontrols.com with your model number before ordering.
