At EPS Controls LLC, we stand behind the quality of our HVAC and industrial components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a straightforward return and refund process.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an item. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. To ensure you get the correct part or component as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct one separately.
We believe in transparent pricing. EPS Controls LLC does not charge any restocking fees for returned items that meet our eligibility requirements.

To ensure a smooth and fast return process, please follow these exact steps. Returning an item without following this procedure may result in delays or the rejection of your refund.
Step 1: Contact Our Support Team
Send an email to info@epscontrols.com within 30 days of receiving your package. In your email, please include:
Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number
Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days. Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the specific return shipping address.
Important: Do not ship any items back to us until you have received this RMA number.
Step 3: Pack Your Item Securely
Place the item in its original manufacturer’s packaging with all original manuals, hardware, and accessories. Pack the product inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit. Please write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box (not on the product packaging itself).
Step 4: Ship the Item Back to Us
Use a trackable shipping service (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to send the package to the return address provided in Step 2.
Note: We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Step 5: Provide Tracking Details
Once you have shipped the package, please reply to your original email thread with the tracking number. This allows us to monitor the return and prepare for your refund.
Step 6: Inspection & Refund
Once we receive the package, our technicians will inspect the item within 2 business days. If the item meets our eligibility requirements (unused and in original condition), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days (Monday–Friday).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) for all returns. For high-value items (over $75), we strongly suggest purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at info@epscontrols.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize these cases and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact the carrier immediately. If a package is lost in transit (no delivery scan), we will work with the carrier to locate it or issue a replacement/refund after the carrier’s investigation is complete.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already entered the shipping process, you will need to follow the standard return process after receiving the item.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Items sent back to us without an approved RMA number may be rejected or subject to significant processing delays. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address or without proper documentation.
To protect our business and customers, we monitor all return activity. We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns if we detect patterns of abuse, fraud, or safety concerns regarding the returned industrial equipment.
